I'm a MA student in the media faculty at the Bauhaus University. In my studies I focus on the development and implementation of innovation and new business cultures. I'm especially interested in the change on personal levels within business culture, agile working and the personal change process in areas of topics like work-life balance, work-live blending or appreciative work.

How to be modern today?

Balancing my individual view on modern feminism with traditional business models as well as day to day cultural norms. Furthermore develop and enrich an appreciative personality and key characteristics that satisfy sustainable lifestyle choices and ethnical consumption without disturbing highly appreciated standards and hedonistic understanding of living. Thus it's unavoidable to use and interact with technical artefacts and new technologies to enrich problem solving skills and boost efficiency.
